    Política de envío

    Salons Direct does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products. All Nail Polishes, Make-up, Hair Care and are non-refundable/non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons.

    We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited

    Electrical appliances

    All purchases of electrical appliances are FINAL. Salons Direct will honor the manufacturer’s warranty for all electrical items purchased from its website and will replace defective electrical appliances covered.

    These guarantees apply ONLY to a device whose defect can be detected at the time of return and not damaged during use. You ABSOLUTELY need the original packaging to qualify.

    To see the warranty applicable to your electrical appliance, go back on your product’s listing (the warranty will be displayed at the bottom of the description) or check the original packaging. Please note that warranties can only apply on refund requests for the same item, not an exchange for a different item.

    Lost in Shipping

    Any orders lost during shipping will not be Salons Direct's responsibility.

    Damaged Goods
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages incurred due to the shipper-carrier is the responsibility of the carrier and must be addressed directly to them.

    Shipping Responsibility on Returns

    The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns.

    Other Policies:

    The majority of Salons Direct's orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. 

    Salons Direct does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. Salons Direct ships most orders within 2 business days of confirmation of order. Customers will be contacted by the shipping company in the case of delayed shipping of their order.

    The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

    Other Restrictions:

    Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. Some items may exceed the acceptable conditions for free delivery and are calculated as an extra fee for certain products.
